Shipping policy

Order Processing & Turnaround Time (TAT)

Our standard turnaround time (TAT) is 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
