RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • At checkout, a ₹75 EXTRA CHARGE will be added as "COD convenience charge" to all COD orders, while partial payment and Prepaid orders get FREE DELIVERY.
  • A complete and clear UNBOXING VIDEO is MANDATORY for any refund to be initiated.
  • NO RETURNS will be accepted on any COD orders, ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted.
  • Initiate returns within 5 days of delivery for UNWORN, UNWASHED items in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING with intact tags. Customized products are not eligible for return.
  • Customer will be asked to provide a complete 360° VIDEO of the product if needed for a better understanding of the issue.
  • Exchanges are completely FREE of cost for a hassle-free experience but returning an item will cost ₹49 as delivery cost and rest of the amount will be REFUNDED to original source after the quantity check.
  • Refunds for online purchases will be processed to your original payment method within 15 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the return.
